There are about 900 households in the Round Hill Conservation Area. If you live here, you automatically become a member of the Round Hill Society (RHS). Read the RHS constitution here. There is a Committee that represents the RHS before official bodies and often organises RHS activities, which anyone can volunteer for. You can read more about the RHS Committee in the quarterly printed newsletter that every RHS member receives: The Round Hill Reporter.

May 2024 - Pocket Park gets funding
Funding has been secured for a pocket park on tarmac alongside the southbound bus stop at the junction of Ditchling Road and Prince's Crescent. Round Hill Green Spaces was successful in an application to the council-administered UK Shared Prosperity Fund. Planning permission was secured last summer and the four wooden planters will be built and installed by the Wood Store. The design also includes a community noticeboard and a "Welcome to Round Hill" sign. The successful application means Round Hill Green Spaces can also fund a community composter to be shared with Sylvan Hall residents.”
